Delhi Style Paneer Makhani

(Fresh Indian cheese in butter and tomato sauce)

COOKING INSTRUCTION
  • Take butter or vegetable oil in pan.
  • Add whole spices in butter and sauthe it for few seconds till flavor comes.
  • Add base paste and heat it for 2 minutes , also add gravy and heat it for 2 minutes.
  • Add paneer cubes and mix it well.
  • Garnish it with fresh cream and serve it hot with Naan or paratha.
INNER CHEF TO MY CURRY
  • Add salt if needed.
  • Add chili if needed.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • By replacing the paneer with chicken you may prepare delicious butter chicken masala.
ADD YOUR INGREDIENTS
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 table spoon of vegetable oil or ghee
  • 3.Extra chili powder /salt as per your taste
